<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of performing preview at low resolution without incurring the reduction of performance and the reduction of compatibility with an operating system. <P>SOLUTION: In the printing system, printer information for preview at low resolution is set as printer information in a printer graphic driver 106 by a print processor 105 when performing preview, and an EMF spool file 104 is developed (rasterized) at low resolution by the printer graphic driver 106 to prepare a preview file 109.
