<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an inlet at inspection without performing useless typing or printing out in parts other than inlet-stuck areas in an RF-ID form regarding an RF-ID inspecting method, inspection system and RF-ID form for inspecting whether a manufactured RF-ID is normal or defective according to the form state of the manufactured RF-ID. <P>SOLUTION: A timing mark is invisibly formed in an area in which the inlets 12A stuck to the RF-ID form 11. A processing part at least stops carrying by a carrying belt 22 in response to detection of the timing mark by a position detecting means 26 after the position detecting part 26 being a code recognizing means detects the timing mark, transmits prescribed information to an inlet 12A of an inspection object through a system side antenna 25 and judges whether the inlet 12A is normal or defective in accordance with a response from the inlet 12A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
