<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mixed powder for corrosion prevention which is used in the peripheral surface or inside of a steel structure or material, reduces corrosion of the steel material, does not need maintenance, and further is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the mixed powder for corrosion prevention, which is obtained by mixing an inorganic lightweight body and a zinc powder, is characterized by using a stationary vessel type mixer having a single vertical axis for the above mixing, sequentially charging the inorganic lightweight body and the zinc powder into the mixer, and mooring the zinc powder on the inorganic lightweight body, by mixing them up at the rotation numbers of 10 to 100 rpm, for a mixing period of 5 to 60 minutes, so that both may not be separated even by applied vibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
