<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recognizing attitude of an electronic part with which a minute electronic part is mounted with high accuracy with a simple constitution without forming a light reflector at an upper part of an electronic part holding means, related to the device for recognizing attitude of an electronic part which detects the attitude by imaging a shading image of an electronic part held by the electronic part holding means. <P>SOLUTION: When an electronic part holding means 3, composed of a fluorescent material that absorbs ultraviolet rays 5 to emit light, holds a minute electronic part 1, the electronic part holding means 3 is irradiated with the ultraviolet rays 5 to make it emit light. A shading image of the minute electronic part 1 is image-picked up with an image pickup camera 7 with the emitted light as background light, to recognize an attitude of the minute electronic part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
