<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature air processing equipment allowing to feed to a demand side as product oxygen gas boosted up to a middle pressure of 0.02-0.08 MPa(G) by facilitating a structure of the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In this low-temperature air processing equipment, oxygen is taken out from a rectifying column 7 as a state of gas and temperature- recovered up to around a normal temperature by an air heat exchanger 13 and then the oxygen gas is boosted up to a target product pressure by functioning as an oxygen blower 16 a brake on a normal temperature side of an expansion turbine 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
