PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a system by which parking can properly be performed. SOLUTION: A management station 20 detects the vehicle number of a vehicle 2 entering a parking lot and the size of the vehicle 2 and guides the vehicle to parking paces 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 matched with the size of the vehicle 2. When the vehicle 2 receives parking information sent from the management station 20 via guiding apparatus 24 and 27, the vehicle 2 displays the moving direction of the vehicle on winker displays 3a and 3b provided at the vehicle or on the display screen of a navigation system 4 to guide the vehicle to an unoccupied position 38 in the parking lot.
