PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input the personal information capable of being disclosed in accompany with accessing to a Web site in a communication device for utilizing the service on the Internet. SOLUTION: The disclosure level of each item of the personal information is determined in a state of being divided into basic disclosure levels of three stages, a personal information memory 12d is prepared for registering the user personal information corresponding to each item in advance, whether each personal information input item in a personal information input page is agreed with the item of the designated disclosure level or not in accessing to the personal information input page of the desired Web site by designating the arbitrary disclosure level, and the user personal information of the corresponding item registered in the personal information memory 12d is read out and automatically inputted, whereby the repeated manual input of all of items of the personal information which is requested every time when the user accesses to various Web sites and utilizes the same, becomes unnecessary, and only the disclosable user personal information can be automatically inputted.
