PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy visibility of a lamp display section equivalent that of the prior art even if the fabrication having a light diffusing effect or additional parts are not used for the lamp display section while the curtailment of the manufacturing cost of apparatus is demanded. SOLUTION: A milky white blank or colored transparent blank is used as the resin material of a control base 2 forming a control section and is subjected to resin molding exclusively of a thin-film portion 8 in the segment of a control nameplate 5 facing the lamp display section, by which the lamp display section of the apparatus can be manufactured at the cost lower than heretofore without subjecting the lamp display section of the control nameplate 5 to be attached to the surface of the control base 2 to the fabrication having the light diffusing effect or without adding the parts thereto.
