PURPOSE: A dust collector is provided which reduces manufacturing cost and maintenance and repairing cost by reducing the number of components as increasing dust collecting efficiency and improves reliability by reducing breakdown factors. CONSTITUTION: The dust collector comprises a dust collecting can(10) in which horizontal partition(20) is formed; a plural filter cloths(30) arranged along a longitudinal direction inside the dust collecting can; a compressed air can(40) into which compressed air is flown, and which is installed inside a machine room in the upper part of the horizontal partition so that the compressed air can is movable on the horizontal partition by a certain driving means; a plural nozzles for longitudinally penetrating the compressed air can; diaphragm valves(65) correspondingly connected to each of the nozzles separately; one or more mechanical three-way valves(67) installed at the compressed air can to clean corresponding filter cloths by operating the plural nozzles and diaphragms in a certain group unit; protrusions projected on the inner wall of a machine room to change flowing direction of air of the three-way valves by pressing an operating lever when the compressed air can is moved so that the protrusions reach a certain position; geared motor(55) and electric powered unit for driving the compressed air can; and an inverter controller(61) for controlling rotational speed of the geared motor.
