A method for online support at at least one working station of a data processing environment or at a PC is disclosed, characterised by the following method steps: launching support software on the workstation, selection of a processing centre via a data communication network, identification of the working station and/or the user of the working station by the processing centre, generation of a connection to a free support station by the processing centre and transmission of the user interface and relevant data associated therewith from the working station the support station in order to give a support person access to the system and the environment of the working station and to suggest a problem resolution on the working station online or directly take over. |
