PURPOSE: An expression vector containing promoters of lectin gene of Misgurnus mizolepis is provided to produce useful transformants having stabilized growth rate and significantly improved feed conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector, pmlectP(KCTC 10124BP), contains promoters of lectin genes of Misgurnus mizolepis represented by SEQ ID NO:1. An expression vector of pmlectmGH (KCTC 10126BP) contains the promoters of lectin genes of Misgurnus mizolepis, and an expression vector, of pmlectcGH (KCTC 10125BP), contains growth hormone genes of Cyprinus carpio. A transformation of Misgurnus mizolepis is made by micro-injecting and incubating the expression vector, pmlectmGH, in the Misgurnus embryo. A transformation of Cyprinus carpio is made by micro-injecting and incubating the expression vector, pmlectcGH, in the Cyprinus embryo.
