A first shift signal is generated for shifting to a target shift speed. The shift signal generated within a preset period from the generation of the first shift signal is then detected. If the number of shift signals generated is greater than or equal to a preset number, synchronization is withheld according to the shift signal and determining if synchronization is terminated from previous signal. Synchronization is then performed according to the current shift signal after synchronization according to previous shift signal has been terminated.
