GEAR PUMP

摘要

A gear pump, wherein an inclined bottom face is formed, at the bottom part of a suction port, on a plane inclined so as to get close to the side faces of external teeth and internal teeth starting at the upstream side toward the downstream side of the rotating direction of both rotors, and fluid flowing through the suction port is smoothly guided to expanding gear−to−gear chambers after being straightened by the inclined bottom face, whereby, since the inclined bottom face at the bottom part of the suction port is formed on a plane without spiral and twist, the gear pump can be designed and manufactured very easily.
