PURPOSE: A parking equipment of bicycles is provide to minimize a parking space, to offer a locker for preventing a theft and to easily move, install and dismantle. CONSTITUTION: A hinge shaft is inserted in a fixing frame(4) and a fixing frame cover by confirming a fixing frame cover hinge, a fixing frame hinge and a handle fixing lever(9). The fixing frame cover is closed by inserting a fixing portion of a bicycle while opening the fixing frame cover. In pulling a fixing lever(10) by hanging a pulling hook in a fixing groove, a pulling lever is pulled by rotating centering around a fixing lever shaft. A bicycle body is fixed by compressing a spring and tightening rubber compressing plates inside the fixing frame cover. A handle is fixed by pulling the handle fixing lever and inserting in the fixing groove. The fixing frame is assembled by inserting in a moving member shaft. A moving member(3) is lifted through a stay rod(11) by inserting the stay rod in an inserting hole of the stay rod. The fixing frame fixing the bicycle is rotated by combining with the fixing frame cover. A hook is fixed with a foothold(13) through a connecting strand inside the supporting rod. A hanging plate(14-1) is released by pulling the hook and rotating centering around a hook fixing shaft. A damping rubber(14-2) is struck by lifting with a moving member through a spring(14). The bicycle is parked vertically by stopping through a lift stop plate(11-1). The stay rod is assembled with a roof connecting shaft of a girder(2). The end of the girder is assembled by inserting in another girder through a roof connecting member(2-2) or a connecting member of rainwater passage(2-3). A connecting member of the stay rod is inserted between the stay rod and a connecting pipe.
