PURPOSE: Provided is an interior element for vehicle which has excellent strength, formability, thermal resistance, impact resistance, and sound absorption and sound insulation effects while being environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION: The interior element comprises a skin layer, a middle layer and a back layer. The skin layer comprises polypropylene and polyester in a mixing ratio of 8.5-7:1.5-3. The middle layer comprises polypropylene and hemp fiber in a mixing ratio of 5:5. The back layer comprises polypropylene and polyester in a mixing ratio of 3.5-2:6.5-8. In the interior element, thermoplastic material such as polypropylene and polyester are used in the skin layer and the back layer. Therefore, the layers of the interior element are adhered to each other without an adhesive. The interior element is used in door trim, engine hood, head lining, shelf back, pillar, sound insulation and the like.
