PLASTIC TUBE USING MAGNETIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a plastic tube having a magnetic inserted through an insertion slit on a part of the tube which precisely investigates piping location and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The plastic tube is produced by forming a plastic tube(1) in a cylindrical shape by extrusion while forming a rectangular insertion slit(2) and protrusion(4) on the inner diameter of the tube; inserting a magnetic strip(3) having a length shorter than that of the plastic tube into the insertion slit; and closing the insertion slit with the same material with the plastic tube using an movable extruder. The magnetic strip which is inserted into the insertion slit is disposed as several pieces at regular intervals.
