PURPOSE: A device for clamping a bidirectional tool port is provided to exchange a tool between a magazine and a spindle by applying a new tool port exchanger between the magazines. CONSTITUTION: A guide shaft(70) is inserted into a clamp block(60) and moves in both directions, and has a protrusion. A couple of clamp shafts are slidably inserted into both sides of the guide shaft. Clamp plates(90A,90B) are fixed on the ends of the clamp shafts, respectively, and are integrally operated with the clamp shafts and clamp/unclamp a tool port(30). A spring unit elastically pushes the clamp shafts into the protrusion in the guide shaft, and generates clamping force between the clamp plates. A stopper unit fixed on a magazine frame(12) pushes and moves the guide shaft when an actuator(50) finishes operation, and unclamps the tool port.
