The present invention provides a delivery vehicle for a therapeutic agent comprising a modified lipid and a therapeutic agent; wherein the modified lipid comprises a lipid and a delivery, targeting or stabilising moiety (DTS moiety); wherein the lipid is linked to the DTS moiety via a linker which is stable in biological fluid and which is unstable in defined conditions; and wherein the DTS moiety is linked to the lipid alter formation of a complex o f lipid and therapeutic agent.
