ANTIFRICTION COATING FOR A GUIDING PROFILE

The invention relates to the mounting and building various structures and constructions which comprise a guiding profile enabling an element arranged thereon to be freely movable during and after the arrangement of said element on the profile. Said invention is characterised in that the inventive antifriction coating for the guiding profile is embodied in the form of a layer made of the melt of a pre-granulated composition and provided with a surface enabling the element contacting thereto to slide. Said element is made of a polymeric material or provided with a polymeric coating which is made of the mixture of high-density and medium-density polyethylene at a ratio ranging from 5:95 to 95:5, respectively and contains 1-20 mass % of silicon rubber. In the preferred embodiment, the element is provided with a sliding layer whose surface has a roughness ranging from 0.05 to 5.0 mkm and random lay in order to ensure a friction factor for the polymer-polymer pair ranging from 0.18 to 0.40.
