PURPOSE: Provided is a rapid set cement composition having low thermal shrinkage and tensile stress, high compression strength, cracking prevention, and low permeability. CONSTITUTION: The rapid set cement composition contains 9-16wt.% of SiO2, 16-25wt.% of Al2O3, 1-3.2wt.% of Fe2O3, 0.05-0.2wt.% of MnO, 55-65wt.% of CaO, 1.7-5wt.% of MgO, 0.2-0.8wt.% of K2O, 0.1-0.4wt.% of Na2O, and 0.3-0.8wt.% of TiO2. The result rapid set cement is mixed with water, sand, gravel and fluidifying agent to produce concrete mortar for rapid repair of road and runaway, and construction work.
