The present invention relates to a toilet and the manufacture method thereof. The toilet includes a flushing ring (1) and a bowl (2). The flushing ring (1) is separated from the bowl (2) and is provided on the top of the bowl (2). The method includes the step of making the flushing ring (1) and the bowl (2) by using the heating-melt materials and mounting the flushing ring (1) on the bowl (2). Several methods including die casting, die pressing, machine tool-making can be used. The present invention also relates to a toilet case. The case includes a flushing ring (1) and a bowl (2). The flushing ring (1) is separated from the bowl (2) and is provided on the top of the bowl (2).
