<p>A quartz glass single hole nozzle for feeding fluid, a thermal processing burner with the nozzle, a quartz glass multi-hole burner head for feeding fluid suitably used for toast processing, and a quartz glass burner for thermal processing with the multi-hole burner head, the quartz glass single hole nozzle for feeding fluid comprising a nozzle body part formed of a quartz glass material and an installation part provided at the base end part of the nozzle body part, wherein a fluid feed passage is cut out in the nozzle body and the nozzle is detachably installable to the tip of the thermal processing burner body through the installation part, whereby a flow control can be performed with a high accuracy, the entire part of the expensive quartz glass burner must not be replaced and only the nozzle of the burner may be replaced even if the tip portion of the burner, i.e., the nozzle is broken due to the contact thereof with a work, and a heat resistance and contamination resistance can be provided when the nozzle is applied to a metal burner.</p> |
