<p>The invention concerns the use of coumarin or its hydroxy derivative, preferably 7-hydroxycoumarin, for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of medium and severe lymphatic and/or vascular edema. The amount of coumarin or its hydroxy derivative is between 35 and 55 mg pro drug unit, preferably of 45 mg. The sublingual pharmaceutical form is described for the first time.</p> |
