PURPOSE: An electric cooling device of emitting an anion is provided to activate a vital rhythm and to ionize air to the anion by emitting the anion with cold air and a certain pressure of wind. CONSTITUTION: Power is supplied to a cooling unit so that warm air injected from the outside by an air injector becomes cold. The cold air is emitted outside by an air emitter. Herein, the cold air hits with an anion emitter formed on an inner wall while flowing along an air flow passage. Then, an anion is emitted to the outside with the cold air from the anion emitter.
