PURPOSE: A portable phone call system using a general phone is provided to transmit a signal through an ear-microphone cable connected to a cellular phone when a key of a handset is inputted, thereby automatically connecting a speech path and making a call through a handset of a wireless phone or a handset of a wired phone. CONSTITUTION: A handset comprises as follows. An antenna(21) receives a wireless frequency signal from a base station set, or delivers a signal of the handset to the base station set. An RF module(22) is connected to the antenna(21). A voice processor(23) is connected to the RF module(22). The handset is connected to the voice processor. An ROM stores a control program. A CPU(27) includes a keyboard(29) for selecting an operation. The base station set comprises as follows. An antenna receives a wireless frequency signal from the handset, or delivers the wireless frequency signal to the handset. An RF module is connected to the antenna. A voice processor is connected to the RF module. A local interface is connected to the voice processor. A switch is connected to the voice processor, and transmits call information. A ROM stores a control program. A CPU includes a keyboard for selecting an operation.
