PURPOSE: A dredging method of sediments using a pressure flotation method in the area such as the sea, lakes and marshes, rivers, etc. is provided to improve the water quality of polluted waters, to heighten the treatment efficiency of sediments and deep water, and to prevent a secondary pollution source caused by sandy particles. CONSTITUTION: The dredging method of sediments using a pressure flotation method in the area such as the sea, lakes and marshes, rivers, etc. comprises the steps of appointing a working area(10) on the bottom of treated waters, jetting high-pressure water(1) on one side of the working area(10) to move deposit soil(2) on the bottom of treated waters, suctioning the deposit soil(2) and the high-pressure water(1) to the surface of the treated waters on the other side of the working area(10), injecting pressurized water containing coagulant and air into a feed pipeline(3) of deposit soil(2) and high-pressure water(1), placing the suctioned deposit soil and high-pressure water in a sorting device(20) to sort sludge water(5) and sandy particles(6), jetting out the sludge water(5) to the water surface of the treated waters, then floating and removing by another pressurized water(4a) containing coagulant and air, and spraying sandy particles(6) to treated waters to cover up the bottom of treated waters.
