PURPOSE: A regulation circuit of a monitor is provided to detect a portion where high voltage is varied with a variation in beam current of a cathode ray tube to maintain a uniform picture size at all times. CONSTITUTION: A regulation circuit of a monitor includes a high-voltage variation detector(200) for detecting a variation in high voltage, generated in FBT(100), a reference voltage setting unit(300) for generating a reference voltage, and an amplifier(400) for comparing a voltage value detected by the high-voltage variation detector with the reference voltage set by the reference voltage setting unit and amplifying the comparison result. The regulation circuit further includes a horizontal/vertical processor(600) for varying a current value of a horizontal/vertical regulation compensation terminal according to the output signal of the amplifier to control size regulation, and a horizontal regulation correcting unit(500) for controlling horizontal mode output current output from the horizontal/vertical processor according to resolution provided by the monitor.
