Natural therapeutic cushion or pillow, comprises a casing with lining (4) with upper and lower sides and a surrounding edge (9) connecting them. Upper and lower surfaces are connected (7) forming chambers (6). These are filled by comminuted horse chestnuts. The lining is placed in a cover via an opening (8) which is then closed.
