PURPOSE: A load testing apparatus is provided to precisely measure torque generated due to a movement of an object by using a spring and a torque sensor, which are connected to the object. CONSTITUTION: A load testing apparatus includes a driving section(11) for providing driving force. An inertia section(13) is driven by driving force transferred from the driving section(11). A driving section adapter(12) is provided to match a rotating shaft of the driving section(11) with a rotating shaft of the inertia section(13). The inertia section(13) is rotatably supported by a housing(14). A leaf spring(15) is connected to the inertia section(13) so as to receive torque generated from the inertia section(13). A torque sensor(16) is provided to measure torque transferred from the leaf spring(15). The driving section(11), the housing(14) and the torque sensor(16) are placed on a base(17).
