PURPOSE: A mask frame assembly is provided to allow for ease of adjustment of total pitch between unit masks, while minimizing changes of total pitch caused due to the external force or internal stresses. CONSTITUTION: A mask frame assembly comprises a frame(30) having an aperture(33); and two unit masks(110) each of which has both ends fixed to the frame in such a manner that a tensile force is applied to the unit mask, and one or more unit masking pattern portions formed in the lengthwise direction of the unit mask. The unit masks are fixed to the frame in such a manner that the unit masks do not contact with each other. The frame includes support members(31,32) arranged in parallel to each other, and strength members(34,35) for interconnecting both ends of the support members.
