<p>The transparent or translucent hollow cylindrical case (10) of the pencil is produced using a standard method. The core (14) can be created by extrusion or casting. A hollow ribbed element is inserted into the case (10) and heated in the case of the core (14) being produced by extrusion. After cooling down the core (14), which is of a slightly smaller diameter than the case (10), is moved into the case (10), not touching the inner surface. A wax plug is added and the lid (30) put on top. For sale the pencil is additionally fitted with a cap (20).</p> |
