METHOD FOR SEARCHING FACILITIES IN NAVIGATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for searching facilities in a navigation system is provided to search desired facilities by using the voice through a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition mode is selected by using one touch method(502-506). A user voice is recognized and a request message for searching facilities corresponding to the voice signal is transmitted to an information center if the voice recognition mode is selected by using one touch method(508,510). A voice guide operation and a display operation for the information about the facilities are performed if the information about the facilities is received from the information center(512,518,519). A message is transmitted to the user and a response is received from the user if there is not the received information on a path to a destination(512-516).
