The device has at least one heat pipe (58) that makes a heat conducting connection between a heat generating mechanism (52) and at least one heat outputting mechanism (56) via an evaporating and condensing medium in the heat pipe. The quantity of medium in the heat pipe is so low that all of the medium is evaporated for a given boundary temperature of the heat outputting device(s) and hence the connection is almost uninterrupted. Independent claims are also included for the following: a vehicle air conditioning system and a vehicle with an air conditioning system.
