PURPOSE: A door assembly of a vehicle is provided to improve convenience and quality by opening and closing the desired door automatically and adjusting the opening angle of the door. CONSTITUTION: A door assembly includes a door(10) composed of a door inner handle(11), a door outer handle(12), a door key(13) and a door locking button(14), turned around a door hinge(21), and combined with a first pillar(22); an automatic door opening unit(50) combined with a flange(22a) of the first pillar, turned around a hinge shaft(23), and inserted to the door to open and close each door automatically and selectively according to operation of a door switch; and a door opening control unit(60) fixed to the side of the door faced to the door hinge and a second pillar(24) spaced from the first pillar to decide opening of the door and constrain closing of the door according to operation of the automatic door opening unit. The desired door is opened and closed automatically by adjusting the opening angle.
