To form a mixture of chemicals (3) from solutions (6L,7L) containing the chemicals (6,7), a catalyst (9) material is used as a powder with particles having paramagnetic or ferromagnetic characteristics. After the reaction, the catalyst particles are extracted from the chemical mixture by a magnetic field for further use. Preferred Features: The reactor (1) has a channel (2), to take the chemical components to form the mixture, and the powder catalyst material is added through feed channels (5,8). The inner diameter of the main channel is reduced in the section (2R) where the catalyst enters. A coil (4) generates a magnetic field.
