The invention relates to PNA-conjugates for the specific transport of a nucleic acid sequence in cell compartments, preferably the cell nucleus and thermal activity of the nucleic acid sequence at a desired target location, said conjugate having the following components: (a) a transport peptide module for transporting cell membranes (b) an address protein or address peptide for the importation in cell compartments, preferably the cell nucleus, and (c) a clasp-peptide nucleic acid (clasp-PNA) which can be specifically hybridised with a nucleic acid sequence which is to be transported.
