PURPOSE: An automatic encoding system for communication data and a method for the same are provided to enhance the security by installing a peculiar encoding program on an individual terminal. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of communication terminals(An,Bn,Cn,A1,B1,C1) perform a downloading operation of particular files, a loading operation to a mail server, an output operation of files and voices to a screen by using a radio communication network, internet, and PSTN. A bidirectional peculiar encoding program generation/management server(DCSCS) generates a peculiar encoding/decoding program and installing the peculiar encoding/decoding program on the communication terminals by using one of the radio communication network, the internet, and the PSTN. A gateway server is connected to the radio communication network, the internet, and the PSTN in order to perform a data conversion operation.
