<p>A kind of assembled floating cover for a storage tank comprises the inner floating cover and outer floating cover. The inner and outer floating cover are respectively connected so as to form a radiate skeleton using 'I'-shaped steel members and bolts. The 'I'-shaped steel members are made of steel plate or aluminum plate. The inner and outer floating covers are connected with the central plate by six radial girders, outer circle beams and inner circle beams are connected by circumferential beams cover board fixing beams are provided on radial girders, and connected by assistant beams, the plastic floats equilateral triangled or quadrangled are placed in all space of the skeleton. A thick float is secured on the outer circle beam and inner circle beam. The cover boards spread on the cover board fixing beams and are tightly pressed by pressing bar. A tongue-shaped sealing adhesive tape and a saccate sealing adhesive tape are two-piles configuration. The present floating cover can prevent the oil from being polluted and deteriorated. Moreover, the floating cover is relatively light that it can reduce the consumption of metal material and can't sink the cover and lock the cover.</p> |
