MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LONG AND SHORT CONJUGATE YARN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of long and short conjugate yarn which is characterized by increasing bulkiness and a combining ability between fibers, not slipping on a preparation process of weaving and a weaving process and having advantages of long fiber and short fiber is provided. CONSTITUTION: A false twisting machine is comprised of interlacing devices(2)(2') and a false twisting member(4). The manufacturing method of the long and short conjugate yarn using the false twisting machine is as follows: untwisting partly to interlace with the long filament yarn and to manufacture the yarn(SLY1) by installing the interlacing device(2) on an upper part of the false twisting member(4); unwinding entirely, followed by false twisting in the opposite direction to interlace and to manufacture the yarn(SLY') by installing the interlacing device(2') on a lower part of the false twisting member(4); or manufacturing the second conjugate yarn(SLY+SLY') by installing the interlacing devices(2)(2').
