Baking tray and layout template for rusk ('Zwieback') bread

In a process to bake slices of rusk ('Zwieback') bread, the slices are placed on a baking panel and positioned by regular lines of templates (2). The contour line esp. of a longitudinal side (21) intersects the non-linear side edge of the bread slice. The template (2) stands clear of the baking panel (1). The template (2) is formed in lines, the longitudinal side (21) is defined by the curved profiles (22) while the other side (23) is straight. At the station where the baking panel is charged with bread slices the panel is linked to a vibration unit.
