PURPOSE: A system for the technology outsourcing using a virtual research center is provided to increase the success probability of a technology development project and to smoothly carry out a technology transfer business with a company requesting the outsourcing. CONSTITUTION: The virtual research center is established(S1). A research and development community is formed through business cooperation between the virtual research center and a venture company or research organizations via the network(S2). The virtual research center makes a contract relating to the technology outsourcing by receiving a request for the technology outsourcing(S3). A research and development team is formed, and the research and development is carried out through the virtual research center, and the research and development community(S4). The technology is shared and processed in order to enhance the completion of a research and development target(S5). The technology charge is paid from the company or a joint venture is established by offering the research and development target to the company(S6).
