PURPOSE: A separable washing apparatus of a washing machine is provided to reduce consumption of water and energy by washing the laundry respectively according to color or material of the laundry with mounting an auxiliary washing tub in a washing tub. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine is composed of a case(52) forming the exterior; a dehydrating tub(56) suspended by four hanging members and a damper in the case; a washing tub(54) rotated and installed in the dehydrating tub for washing; and an auxiliary washing tub(80) separably mounted in the washing tub to wash by separating the laundry from the washing tub according to color or material. The operation number of the washing machine is reduced, and consumption of water and energy is decreased by washing in the washing tub and the auxiliary washing tub respectively. |
