PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing process of a bean curd for using a rice, thereby producing high quality of rice containing bean curd which increases the human health. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of a bean curd for using a rice comprises the steps of: soaking 3.5kg of soy beans and 1.5kg of rice in water for 8-12 hours and 1 hour respectively; pulverizing them together; adding 20g of silicon defoaming agent and 80g of water thereto; filtering the mixture thereof to filter soy bean dregs; heating rice/soy milk at 80-99 deg.C and followed by filtration; adding 25g of delta lactone and 12g of potassium sulfate with 17g of salt and water thereto; crushing the coagulated rice/soy milk; and compressing it.
