PURPOSE: Provided is a shock absorber for a culture unit which lets devices adjusted as the state of soil and use request of agricultural instruments so that it helps to maximize the efficiency in using the shock absorber. CONSTITUTION: In the culture unit which includes a lateral drive part to send power transferred from a tractor to a rotor axis through a cross axis, the shock absorber for the culture unit comprises the parts of: an external gear(40) which is set at one side of a central idle gear(22) to receive power from the central idle gear; a working part(42) which lets the external gear combined or separated to control power transfer state; an air pressure hose(44) which gets air pressure supplied to control the working part; a distributor(50) which lets air pressure provided to the air pressure hose; a controller which lets a control signal for adjusting distribution state of air pressure output to the distributor; and a quick combiner(52) which lets air pressure provided to the distributor from an air pressure supplier of the tractor.
