METHOD FOR REDUCING CALCULATING TIMES OF RATE MATCHING PARAMETER IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for reducing calculating times of an RMp(Rate Matching parameter) in a wireless communication terminal system is provided to store an RMp calculated one time in a memory, without re-calculating the pre-calculated RMp, and to use the stored value, thereby reducing the calculating times. CONSTITUTION: A control module of a transport channel unit maintains a standby state to process a message(401). If the message is received, the control module confirms whether the message is related to configuration including information that calculates an RMp(402). If so, the control module decides whether time to an activation time from a current time is enough to calculate an RMp for an optional TFCI(Transport Format Combination Index)(403). If so, the control module determines the optional TFCI, and calculates the RMp(404). The control module pairs a calculated RMp value with a TFCI value, and stores the paired values in a memory(405). The control module decides whether a TFCI to calculate an RMp still remains(406). If so, the control module re-confirms whether the time is enough(403).
