PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for preparing a cosmetic composition using far infrared rays emitting material, which is capable of being massively and naturally obtained, and green tea are provided. The composition does not cause skin irritation and skin disorders, prevents skin aging, removes effete matter, reduces hangover symptoms and relieves fatigue. Therefore, it has excellent skin cosmetic effect and skin benefit effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cosmetic composition comprises: crushing far infrared rays emitting material; dissolving the powder in water and precipitating impurities; drying the precipitates and grinding them; mixing the powder with green tea in a ratio of 50 to 90%:10 to 50%; and then packing the mixture thereof. The far infrared rays emitting material contains loess, sodalite, agalmatolite, quartz porphyry, natural jade and charcoal. The apparatus thereof comprises: a crusher(1) for grinding an ore of far infrared rays emitting material; a vibration separator(2) for removing foreign matters; first and second settling tanks(3, 4); a storage tank(5) for storing precipitates; a drier(6) for drying the precipitates and a mixer(7).
