PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for performing a non-punch plastic deformation process are provided to increase productivity with improving working efficiency by performing a plastic deformation process, such as forming and embossing processes, without using a punch. CONSTITUTION: A non-punch type plastic deformation apparatus includes a mold(1) formed with a plurality of slots having a desired shape. After placing a plate member(2) on the mold(1), the mold is surrounded by a flexible member. A check valve is provided at one side of the flexible member. A vacuum wrapping section is connected to an external vacuum generator. A vessel(4) is provided to receive the mold(1) surrounded by the flexible member and the plate member(2) in such a manner that high pressure generated in the vessel(4) is constantly applied to the flexible member and the plate member(2).
