PURPOSE: Paint compositions for coating the top coat and the under coat and a coating method using the composition are provided, wherein the compositions show excellent water resistance, polishing property and durability, are free from yellowing and provide a soft coat. CONSTITUTION: The paint composition for coating the top coat comprises 45-50 wt% of alkyd polyol; 8-11 wt% of titanium dioxide; 7-9 wt% of chrome yellow; 6-8 wt% of talc; 2-2.5 wt% of silica; 5-6 wt% of propyl texture; 4-5 wt% of xylene; 8-10 wt% of butyl acetate; 4-6 wt% of vinyl resin; and the balance. The paint composition for coating the under coat comprises 45-50 wt% of alkyd polyol; 17-22 wt% of titanium dioxide; 5-7 wt% of talc; 2-2.5 wt% of silica; 5-6 wt% of propyl texture; 4-5 wt% of xylene; 8-10 wt% of butyl acetate; 4-6 wt% of vinyl resin; and the balance. |
