PURPOSE: An adjustable pipeline sleeve is provided to adjust the height of a pipeline sleeve according to the thickness of concrete. CONSTITUTION: The adjustable pipeline sleeve contains a rib(103) formed on the outside of a large-diameter cylindrical pipe(1), many form fixing projected pieces(102) formed on one end, a reciprocating passage(10) formed along a wall, a guide passage(11) and a fixing groove(12) formed on the circumference of a wall, a guide groove(13) formed on an upper inner wall where the reciprocating passage(10) is located, a projected pin(20) formed on the outside of a small-diameter cylindrical pipe(2), and a cover(101) provided with an open-cut groove(100) on the upper part, wherein the projected pin(20) of the small-diameter cylindrical pipe(2) is located on the reciprocating passage(10) through the guide groove(13) of the large-diameter cylindrical pipe(1).
