PURPOSE: An electro-chemical immunity sensor, and an apparatus and a method for detecting a biochemical sample are provided to precisely detect an organism immunity reaction signal by using the electro-chemical immunity sensor. CONSTITUTION: An electro-chemical immunity sensor includes a substrate(101), an electrode(102) formed on the substrate(101) and an organism detecting film(110). The substrate(101) is made of silicon or glass. The electrode(102) includes a gold thin film formed through evaporation or a sputtering process. The organism detecting film(110) formed on the electrode(102) includes a self-assembled mono-layer(103) and a high-polymer dendrimer mono-layer(104), on which an antigen(105) is immobilized. The self-assembled mono-layer(103) is based on thiol or amine. The high-polymer dendrimer mono-layer(104) is formed by using carbodiimide and hydroxyl succinate.
